We have seen success in resolving this issue by updating the permissions for the app.
Please follow these steps:
- Select Options
- Advanced Options (If you see Applications at this menu-please select now)
- Applications
- Select iHeartRadio
- Press Menu/Blackberry Key
- Edit Permissions
- Ensure Connections, Interactions and User Data are all set to "Allow"
