Not all BlackBerry smartphones are equipped with GPS tracking. Please visit www.blackberry.com to check if your BlackBerry supports GPS. If you have BlackBerry smartphone that is equipped with GPS, please verify that it is enabled.
To enable GPS, go to Options > Advanced Options > GPS.
